A Daily Salat Tracker for Notion, Built for Consistency
A free Notion salat tracker with checkboxes for each of the five daily prayers, a daily progress indicator and quick check-all options. Simple and private.

Tracking salat isn't about scoring yourself. It's about noticing patterns, and the pattern is almost always the same: the prayers that slip are the ones that fall inside a busy stretch of the day, and they slip quietly, without any single moment where you decided to skip.
The free Daily Salat Tracker is a straightforward Notion template with a checkbox for each of the five prayers, a daily progress indicator, and quick options to check or uncheck them all.
Why a tracker helps at all
Memory is unreliable in a specific direction: we remember the days we did well and generalise from them. A record removes the guesswork. After a fortnight you're not wondering whether Asr is a problem, you can see that it is, and you can see exactly which days.
The prayer that slips tells you where to look
For most people it's one specific prayer, and it's usually structural rather than a matter of intention. Asr lands in the middle of the working afternoon, Fajr depends entirely on the night before. Once the tracker names which one, the fix is a practical change, an alarm, a different bedtime, a word with a colleague about a five-minute break, rather than a resolution to try harder.
- Fajr: almost always a sleep-schedule question rather than a morning one.
- Dhuhr and Asr: usually a work-structure question, and often fixable with a calendar block.
- Maghrib: narrow window, commonly lost to the commute or the evening meal.
- Isha: tends to slip when the evening runs long rather than when it's forgotten.
Consistency over intensity
The tracker's daily indicator is deliberately simple, and that's the point. It's a record of turning up. Aiming for a perfect month is a good way to abandon the whole thing after the first imperfect week, whereas a visible run of mostly-complete days keeps you going through the ordinary ones.
The most valuable day in any tracker is the one right after a missed day.
Keep it private
This is personal, and Notion pages are private by default. There's no reason to share this one, and no benefit to gamifying it with anyone else. The tracker exists for you to notice something, not to be seen doing it.
Alongside it
During Ramadan, the Ramadan Planner with Zakat Calculation covers fasting, extra prayers and the month's rhythm. For zakat specifically, there's a free Zakat Calculator. Duplicate the Daily Salat Tracker and give it two weeks before you draw any conclusions.
